Rajasthan Royals Academy (UAE) – 1st Internal Tournament sponsorship
People Prudent Consulting & HR Solutions is proud to be associated with the very first Internal cricket tournament of Rajasthan Royals Academy UAE that saw the U11, U13 and U15 boys compete in a new format of 8 overs a side, with a limited time to complete all the overs.
All teams needed to play two games, they would then go through to the cup final or the plate final, depending on if they win or lose.
First we saw the plate final where Royals Navy, take on Royals Blue. Royals Navy got the win, with a 32 run victory and became the plate winners.
In the Cup final we saw Royals Gold take on Royals Pink who were sponsored by People Prudent Consulting & HR solutions.
Both teams gave it their all and in the end, the game ended with a tie. Both teams scored 65 runs in 8 overs.
However, due to the gold team going over the allotted time, they received a 10 run penalty which cost them the Cup.
Played at the lush green grounds of The Sevens, Dubai, the tournament was a great success.
