Just like a visionary leader brings together the entire organization to achieve greater success and pushes the boundaries, a visionary HR leader makes all the difference between a surviving only to a thriving organization.
A common theme as reflected from the in-person interviews we conducted, our extended interactions with such leaders, and the review of key initiatives and programs sponsored by these visionary HR leaders, is their very similar approach to Organization management.
We observe that when broken down to the basics, it is their exceptional managing of the Organization’s levers of Strategy, Design, Processes, and Culture while actioning and researching the feedback-loops from both within and outside of their organizations.
Although the individual leadership qualities, traits, and operating environments for each of these exceptional HR leaders differ, they all actively manage these aspects as their key priorities.
